Regulatory Agenda – According to the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs, if agencies do not list an item in the unified regulatory agenda, they must get a waiver from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) before any work can begin. The requirement is not new, but contained in recent Executive Order 13,771. The Spring 2018 Unified Agenda of Regulatory and Deregulatory Actions was published May 9, and OIRA is aiming to publish the fall agenda in October.
