Senate to Vote on Net Neutrality Resolution – The Senate will hold a vote on a motion to proceed to S.J. Res. 52, a resolution to overturn the FCC’s repeal of net neutrality rules. The FCC’s repeal is scheduled to become effective June 11. There will be up to 10 hours of debate allowed on the measure; however, a vote is likely to take place this afternoon.
House to Vote on Banking Bill Next Week – The House is planning a vote on the Senate-passed Dodd-Frank rollback bill next Tuesday. The bill would narrow the scope of Dodd-Frank regulations to give small and mid-size banks regulatory relief.
