Senate to Consider FY19 Minibus that Includes FSGG Bill – The Senate plans to consider an appropriations “minibus” combining the Interior-Environment, Financial Services, Transportation-HUD and Agriculture spending bills for fiscal 2019. The Financial Services bill includes funding for Small Business Administration programs.
